All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payments are charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's standard refund policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The App is intended for users of all ages. Children under 13 must have parental consent to use the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the app developer is located.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via the App or our website.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
